Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and any remaining account balance will be forfeited if the termination resulted from a Terms violation. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
